Can I buy these beautiful games for my retail store?

Are there PDFs of the rules?

Of course! You can find it on the product page for all our games. Download it right onto your palm pilot for all I care.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! Please email us at support@weastcoast.zendesk.com with your order number and reason for returning. Once we receive your item back, we will process a refund through your original payment method.

Do you do exchanges?

We aren’t able to coordinate exchanges directly, but you can make a return and place an order for the new item you’d like to purchase in the meantime!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries! We ship internationally DDU, which means you may be responsible for paying any remaining duties and taxes when the package arrives in your country. You can coordinate with your local shipping service for pickup and any other details. 

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to re-ship or refund international orders, so please be aware of that when placing your order. We’re a small team with limited resources doing our best, and we hope to offer better shipping services as we grow! Please directly with the carrier if something goes wrong.

My game came damaged. What can I do?

We're so bummed your game arrived damaged. Please email us with your order number and photos of the damage at support@weastcoast.zendesk.com and we'll sort it out with you!
